Kacey Musgraves Loves Katy Perry’s ‘Whimsical’ Ways:

Moments after winning Album of the Year at the ACM Awards for “Same Different Trailer Park ” on Sunday , Kacey Musgraves said it is looking to the future , always so carefully in its next version .

While she has “a handful of songs that I ‘m very, very excited ,” the ” Follow Your Arrow” country star is taking some time before she really digs in.

” I’m going to start thinking that soon probably, but I’m just enjoying the fact that I just won album of the year for this album and think of the next,” he told Billboard.

Meanwhile, Musgraves is prepared to collaborate with another singer -songwriter: Katy Perry. Musgraves been linked to an episode of Perry June CMT “Crossroads”, and in August it will join “sparkling “ tour of the pop star.

“So Katy Perry has been one of my favorites since it came out and I heard her music artists,” Musgrave said.

“I think she is as bright as his whimsical vision compounded by the fact that she is an amazing composer and lyricists like two of my favorite things in one. She is beautiful and very nice and is a champion like me. ”

Musgraves Perry appeared on “can survive “charity concert in October, and in December it was revealed to Billboard that she and Perry had met for a songwriting session.

“Writing with Katy worlds was a union of fun and a good song out of it,”

Musgrave said at the time. “I love when the brain together with different colors and influences to throw into the mix. We are fans of each other so it works and it was an amazing experience. “
